Introduction<\/h3>

Intermediate Power 60, Course B is an online course, consisting of 50 units of English, and providing approximately 60 hours of study for students.<\/p>

Course aims<\/h3>

To continue the journey started in Intermediate Power 60, Course A, guiding students towards CEFR B2 level. This course further develops grammar, vocabulary, and the four core skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking.<\/p>

Grammar<\/h3>

By the end of the course, students will be able to:<\/p>

  • Use third conditional to talk about hypothetical situations in the past.<\/li>
  • Form and use reported speech to relay what someone else has said.<\/li>
  • Use modal verbs in the past to express probability and certainty.<\/li>
  • Form and use complex sentences with clauses of reason, contrast, and result.<\/li>
  • Use advanced prepositions and conjunctions correctly.<\/li><\/ul>

    Vocabulary<\/h3>

    By the end of the course, students will have learned approximately 500 additional lexical items related to work, technology, travel, and education.<\/p>
